Minnesota Open 2009
The Minnesota Open returns for it's third year. Once again, cubers from around the region will have a chance to compete to see who can solve the fastest. This competition is recognized as an offical World Cube Association competition. Therefore, all competitors should be familiar with the WCA regulations. If you are new to competing, you may want to look at the Competitor Tutorial.
Since this is an open competition, anyone is allowed to compete regardless of where you live or your nationality.

Prizes

Registration
Registration is done online. Register here. When you register, you can choose to pay your registration fees online or you can pay the day of the competition. Even if you choose to pay the day of the competition, you still need to pre-register. Registration closes on July 5th. After that, you may be limited to the number of events you can register for.
Fees
If you pay the fees online, the cost will be $3 for the first event, and $1 for each additional event. If you pay the day of the competition, the cost is $5 for the first event, and $2 for each additional event. The fees go towards the cost of running the competition, prizes, etc. Any funds beyond that go towards future competitions.
