Travel:
MIT is located in Cambridge, MA, across the Charles River from Boston. The nearest airport to MIT is Logan International Airport (BOS). You can also travel by bus or train to Boston's South Station. MIT is easily accessible from both of these locations by the T. The nearest station to MIT is Kendall, which is on the Red Line.
Housing:
A block of rooms has been reserved at the nearby Hyatt at a rate of $139 per night. The hotel is within walking distance of the venue. If you plan on staying at the hotel, please book a room one of the following ways before July 24th:

Parking:
The nearest parking lot is at 139 Massachusetts Ave in Cambridge. This is less than a five minute walk from the venue, and is operated by MIT. The fee is $16 for Friday, and free on Saturday and Sunday.
If this lot is full, there is a parking garage on Franklin Street in Cambridge. This is about a ten minute walk away from the venue, but it will definitely have parking.
