Date:
March 11, 2017

Location:
St. James Episcopal Church
8407 Broadway
Flushing, New York 11373

Registration:
You MUST register and pay online to compete. No at-the-door registrations or payments will be accepted under any circumstances. We realize this may not be ideal for some people, but this allows us to have an exact count of people attending and lets us use staff resources more effectively the day of the competition. The registration fee is $21. Spectators may attend for free.

1/21/17 UPDATE: Registration is now full (the competitor limit has been reached). If you don't see your name on the registration list, unfortunately you will not compete at this competition. There will be no waitlist for this competiton. Stay on the lookout for other competitions to be announced soon for the Tri-State area.

Attempting to reverse a Paypal charge without contacting us first may result in being blacklisted from future WCA events.

Competitor Cap:
We will allow a maximum of 100 people to compete. There will be NO waitlist for individuals who want to register once the maximum number of comeptitors (100) have registered. Additionally, no refunds will be granted to competitors who pay and ultimately cannot attend the competition. You're not counted as registered until you have paid online, so until you register AND pay, you're not guaranteed a spot. If you don't see your name on the registration list, you have not completed the registration process (register AND pay). Although we'd love to allow more competitors, we don't have the space at this time. You must register by 23:59 EST on February 25th (2 weeks before the competition). Please make sure your name appears on the competitors list if you plan to compete.

Lunch:
There are multiple food options available within less than a mile from the venue like Pizza, Subway, Starbucks etc. NO food will be provided for sale inside the venue because of the easy availabilty.
